Common questions about IP CCTV
Can CCTV be viewed on a phone?
Yes. We configure mobile access and user accounts. Permissions can be split between the owner, household members or selected people in a company.
How many days of recordings can an NVR store?
It depends on the number of cameras, resolution, frame rate, recording mode and disk capacity. We calculate the required storage before selecting the NVR.
Can an existing CCTV system be expanded?
First we check the recorder, cabling, PoE power and device compatibility. In many cases, part of the existing infrastructure can still be used.
Do you provide later maintenance?
Yes. We offer inspections, recording diagnostics, disk checks, updates, access changes and help with failures.

What happens before and after installation?
Initial reply and quotationAfter receiving photos, a floor plan and a short description, we usually provide an initial response within 1–2 business days. For larger sites, we confirm the quotation date after defining the scope.
Service area and site surveyWe work in Poznań, the Poznań area and agreed locations in Greater Poland. A site survey is proposed when the layout, cable routes or lighting conditions cannot be assessed reliably from the supplied materials.
Handover and configurationWe test camera views and recording, configure user accounts and mobile or desktop access, and show authorised users how to find and export footage.
Warranty and CCTV maintenanceEquipment and installation warranty terms are stated in the quotation and handover documents. Later support may include inspections, updates, password changes, disk replacement and system expansion.
